The Friesenried and North Walsham Twinning Association organizes the German part of the meetings of the two communities North Walsham and Friesenried. Usually there is one visit per year. One year the English come to Friesenried and the following year we go to North Walsham. There are members who have never been to North Walsham and those who take part in almost every visit. Many of our members love to accommodate English guests. Some try to brush up their English in one of our language courses. Others support us by buying plants for their gardens at our Spring Plant Sale. There are quite a lot of ways to be active in our Association. The annual membership fee is €10 for a single person and €14 for a family. The Association presently has 130 members. We are delighted to welcome new members of all ages.
